This place is close to my house but i never knew how cool it was. I would go to Hixson gym. A friend of mine teaches water aerobics at the Rec center and invited me. The staff is so nice and i had worked with a couple of them in years past. I LOVE the Brainerd Rec Center!!!

We were evacuated from our home. Then, I was instructed to go here. There was a gentleman standing outside waiting for us. He was helpful and kind. I appreciate his time and understanding. The children were able to play on the playground until we were able to return home. Thank you for making a scarry situation less stressful

I went there for my grandson's basketball game. Parking was easy and the facility was really clean and accommodating. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed the basketball game.

Got there in the rain, even with a long line we moved pretty quickly. I commend the entire staff for their combined efforts and dedication to our safety. They make sure that the elderly and parents with babies don't have to wait. Thanks for a 5 STAR voting place. Go VOTE , it's your right.

I go for water fitness class but my favorite instructor must only teach at St.Elmo branch. The instructor for Wednesday and Friday would do better to encourage those of us that don't know her routine yet and can't quite keep up. Also we have water resistance going against us...slow it down ur leading a class from the side of the pool. It is very discouraging for someone trying to lose some weight or change their life. The price is reasonable ($2 per trip in the pool). Not sure about time schedules for kids.
